1. Product Selection & Compatibility

What types of connectors do you sell?

We specialise in high-quality automotive connectors for Japanese performance vehicles — including Mitsubishi, Toyota, Nissan, Mazda, and Subaru. Our range includes:

• Waterproof connectors
• Multi-pin connectors
• OEM-style sensor plugs
• Coil pack plugs
• Fuel injector connectors
• and more.

While many connectors may work in other applications, our focus is on automotive use, and support is based on that context.

How do I know which connector fits my application?

Since connectors can have many potential uses, we recommend matching connectors based on:

• Vehicle make/model/year
• Sensor or part number
• Wire gauge and pin count
• Photos of your existing connector

How do I identify the connector model or part number?

You can identify the right connector by:

• Measuring pin spacing and housing dimensions
• Matching wire colours
• Looking for OEM markings on the original plug

2. Quality, Certification & Usage

Are these connectors genuine, OEM-quality, or compatible replacements?

We stock connectors from trusted manufacturers that meet or exceed OEM specifications. Some items are genuine OEM; others are OEM-style replacements made from durable materials like PA66 nylon.

Are your connectors weatherproof and heat-resistant?

Yes — most of our connectors are:

• Waterproof (typically IP67 rated)
• Heat- and UV-resistant
• Suitable for engine bay and other automotive environments

Check individual product descriptions for specific ratings.

Can connectors be reused after crimping or soldering?

Some connectors are single-use, particularly after permanent crimping or sealing. Others can be reused with the proper depinning tools. Always inspect for damage before reuse.

3. Installation & Support

Do you provide installation guides or troubleshooting help?

We currently don’t have tutorials or downloadable guides available, but we’re happy to assist directly.

What tools do I need to install these connectors properly?

We recommend:

• Wire strippers
• Crimping pliers (open barrel style)
• Heat shrink tubing
• Heat gun or lighter
• Multimeter
• Depinning tools

We can also point you toward quality tools if needed.

4. Ordering, Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by location:

• Australia-wide: Express 1–3 business days / Standard 3–7
• New Zealand, UK, EU, Canada: 5–15 business days depending on location
• We do not currently ship to the Americas (except Canada).

What are your shipping costs? Do you offer free shipping?

• Free express shipping on AU orders over $100 AUD
• Flat-rate shipping on smaller Australian orders

5. Returns, Guarantees & Warranty

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days if the item is unused and in original packaging. Change-of-mind returns are subject to conditions.

Do you offer warranties on your products?

Yes — we provide:

Can I order samples or small quantities?

Yes — most connectors are available in small quantities so you can test fit before buying more.

Do you offer custom connector assemblies or wiring harnesses?

We currently build select sub-harnesses for common applications.
Custom kits and expanded options are coming soon, but we don’t yet offer full motorsport-grade solutions.

What if I don’t know exactly what I need?
