Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item within 30 days of purchase if:

• The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
• The item does not match the description, is not fit for the intended purpose, or is not the product you ordered (incorrect product sent).
• You have changed your mind or selected the wrong item (subject to conditions).

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
• Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
• Items that have been installed or used cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
• If the product is faulty, defective, or not as described, your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) remain unaffected by this policy.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email us at sales@misterconnectors.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions.
3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and send it to the address provided with the RA number.

Refunds and Exchanges

• Defective or Incorrect Items:
  If you return a damaged or incorrect item (i.e., the product you received is not what you ordered), we will:
  • Offer a replacement with a correct or equivalent product if available.
  • Refund your original shipping cost along with the cost of the item within 7-10 business days if a replacement is not available.
• No Return Required:
  For defective items, you may not need to return the product if we can confirm the defect through photos. Please provide clear images of the issue when contacting us.
• Change of Mind or Wrong Item Selection:
  If the return is due to change of mind or incorrect selection, we will:
  • Refund the item cost only (excluding the original shipping cost).
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Shipping Costs

• For defective or incorrect items (i.e., the item you received is not what you ordered), we will cover return shipping costs and refund the original shipping cost if a return is required.
• For change of mind or incorrect selection, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Consumer Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If you have purchased a faulty product or one that doesn't meet the description or is unfit for the purpose it was purchased for, you are entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) as required by Australian Consumer Law.
