Additional Shipping Details

• Signature Required: All packages are shipped with a signature required for delivery. A small fee will be added to your order to cover this service.
• Tracking: Tracking is available for all shipping methods. You can track your package using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
• Handling Fee: A $2 handling fee will be added to all orders.

International Shipments

If you purchase goods for delivery to a destination outside Australia, your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. Address Information

You must provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or person due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

• Shipping Delays: While we strive to ship your order promptly, please note that once the package is with Australia Post, we cannot control shipping delays.

Shipping Problems, Delays, and Issues

1. Undelivered Packages:
   If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local Australia Post branch, as they may have left it in a safe place or with a neighbour.
   If you believe the package has been lost, we can assist in submitting an insurance claim with Australia Post, as all packages are insured.
2. Recipient Failed to Pick Up:
   If your package is not collected from the post office or collection point and is subsequently returned to us, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Please note that the cost of reshipping the package will be at your expense.
3. Damaged Goods:
   If your package is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged goods. We will assist with the insurance claim through Australia Post and arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.
4. Lost Packages:
   If your package is lost in transit, we will assist in initiating an insurance claim with Australia Post. If the claim is successful, we will provide you with a replacement or a refund.
5. Delay Due to Australia Post:
   While we strive to ship your order promptly, once the package is with Australia Post, we cannot control shipping delays. If you experience a delay, we recommend tracking your shipment via the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
   If the delay becomes prolonged (typically 30 days or more without delivery or tracking updates), you are entitled to a remedy. This could include a replacement or a refund if the item has not been delivered within a reasonable time frame.
